IBC Criterium Series
The IBC Criterium Series comprises 5 criteriums scheduled to be held in Hamilton (other locations may be used if conditions dictate).
These races not only form part of the road race points series but also form a separate
series competition -
Qualifying Races
A rider's classification in the criterium series will be determined by the sum of the points of his/her 4 highest scoring races.
In order to qualify for classification in the Criterium Points Series a rider must compete in at least 4 of the 5 races.
Earning Points
Riders will receive points for each race based on their finishing position. Points will also be awarded to riders who do not finish (DNF). Bonus points earned for the road race points series will not count towards the criterium series season total.
