Claire de ste Croix (SMT) would like to offer a 20% discount on Sports Massage Therapy services for all BBA members.

Sports Massage is a great choice if you have a specific problem such as Achilles  tendinitis, frozen shoulder or pulled hamstring  for example. A good SMT will help you identify the problem and work on the area rather than giving you a 'full body massage'.  Sports massage uses trigger point therapy, active & passive assisted therapy, PNF stretching and deep tissue  to break down adhesions and increase range of motion. You do not need to be an Olympic athlete to benefit from Sports Massage. Anyone who suffers with chronic pain, injuries, restricted range of motion will benefit. Plus any members who take their training slightly seriously should try to incorporate sports massage as part of their recovery program.

Please call Claire on 505 9463 or email her.
