CYCLING NEWS 2009 CATLIN END TO END
Don't forget to sign up for the Catlin End To End which will be held on Saturday, May 2. This year will see the continuation of the cycling End To End To End (Dockyard-St. George-Dockyard). All information and registration can be found at www.bermudaendtoend.bm BBA DONATION TO ST. JOHN'S AMBULANCE BRIGADE
After the successful Bermuda Century ride in February the BBA made a donation of $2,500 to St. John's Ambulance Brigade. SJA has been extremely supportive of the BBA for many years and it was nice to be able to do something for this critical community service. Thanks to all those who came out to ride, solicit funds and donate to this cause. Total funds raised were around $4,000 for the event so the BBA has been able to directly benefit from this event. We would like to do this event again next year and will continue to find ways for even more participants. |

RACING MATTERS CAPTIAL G TIME TRIAL SERIES - HARRINGTON SOUND
Sunday is the first Harrington Sound time trial for the year. Organizer John Whale has asked that all participants get there to sign in before the first rider sets off at 7:30AM. If you arrive late you will not be given a start time and will be left to cheer on those who show up on time. So be there by 7:30. ROAD RACE RESULTS Turnout looked strong last Sunday at the road race held at Southside. Full results are below. |
