Race directors are appointed for each race. Duties include
- Setting the course
- Registering riders
- Assigning marshals
- Counting laps
- Compiling results

Qualification and points
Categories
· Male A/B/Novice · Female A/B
· Male 13-
· Male 12 and under · Female 12 and under
(junior age category based on age at December 31, 2012)
Entry Fees
· Point series: $60/adult and $free/juniors 18 and under
· Single race: $15/adult and $free/juniors 18 and under
Race Format
· Number of laps for each category will be announced before each race
· Everyone will finish after the winner of their category even though laps down
Series Format
· Points series winner will be the rider with the highest number of accumulated points from their 6 best races in the series.
· A rider may change categories once during the series provided that he/she has not ridden more than one race in the original category. No points will be carried over.
· Points are awarded as follows: 1st 25, 2nd 22, 3rd 20, 4th 18, 5th 17, 6th 16, etc.
· Riders that are not in the point series will be awarded their place in the race which could impact the points awarded to the other riders
· DNF Will be allocated a finishing rank (and points based on finishing position) based on the number of laps completed when they abandoned the race (i.e. a rider abandoning early in the race will be ranked lower than a rider abandoning later in the race)
· DNS scores no points
