2010 Annual Awards Dinner

 

 

ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER - JAN 16

 

Saturday evening was a great night out at the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club for the annual awards dinner.  Guest speaker Magnus Backstedt gave us a few laughs and insights into his pro career, including his memorable 2004 victory at Paris-Roubaix.  For his efforts Magnus was presented with a Bermuda limestone version of the Roubaix cobblestone by MC for the evening Martin Bolton.  Special awards presented that evening included:

Female Rider of the Year: Deanna Thomson
