Irving Sinclair Packwood
1962 -
Sinclair Packwood was recognized as a top sprinter and was, for many years, one of our top riders, winning several events and representing Bermuda in multiples competitions abroad.
He also worked very hard for the BBA behind the scenes, serving
as a member of the
executive for a number
of years. As such he
was one of the key
figures that convinced
the police and the
organizers of the
Heritage Day to allow
the BBA sponsored
event.

Our thanks to Mr. James “Jim” Butterfield for his continued sponsorship and support of this important race.
