Cycling in Bermuda
Recreational and serious cyclists coming to Bermuda will find beautiful and challenging cycling routes. If you cannot bring your own bike, mountain bikes and road bikes are available for rental. The cost of renting a bike can be far less than the cost of bringing your own. Check it out!
Before going any further you should be aware that a "bicycle" is called a ‘pedal bike’ in Bermuda. If you inquire about renting a ‘bicycle’ or ‘bike’ you will usually receive information about mopeds.

Participating in local races
The BBA welcomes visitors who want to compete in its events. Click HERE for the schedule. Most of our the races are held on weekends. Before you are allowed to compete we require that you fill a temporary membership form that contains a customary waiver. The Sinclair Packwood Memorial Race, on May 24th, is the only race that is by invitation only.
All BBA sanctioned events require that you wear an helmet.

The Bermuda Grand Prix
The Bermuda Grand Prix offers a three race series over three days to overseas and local riders, men and women of all ages, including junior categories. Prize money is available.
Alternatively you may want to participate in one of the local triathlons. See the Bermuda Triathlon Association website for more information.
